We have resided at River Village since August 2009.

Our apartment is very comfortable, warm and inviting. Our utility costs have been reasonable, and we thoroughly enjoy our evening meals prepared in our very functional, nicely-equipped kitchen.

The interior and exterior of the building itself are very pleasing to the senses. Maintenance of the common areas is on-going and meticulous. The beautifully-designed "great room", which boasts many positive features, the conveniently-located exercise room, the lovely indoor and outdoor sitting areas, and underground parking are all attributes that allow us as residents to feel proud that we are living there.

Most importantly, it is the people that make our experience so enjoyable to date. Management is both cordial and accessible and responsive to our requests and inquiries. We have found our fellow tenants to be equally friendly and cordial and demonstrably respectful of each other; a true sense of community seems to exist. As a result, the building is quiet and safe, a compliment to management's screening of any and all rental applicants.

River Village has our unqualified and enthusiastic recommendation.
